Please Help
I Need HorsePower Ok im putting a stock LS1 with A4 in my 1993 without S-10 and i was wondering how can i get around 400-500 hp out of the engine.

are you saying 400 on top of what the ls1 makes already or 400 total?
400 even could be hit with a simple heads and cam package, and it will live a nice long life.
now if you are wanting 600-700 hp level well then there really is no safe way to get that on a stock motor, but if you build one up it could tackle the job quite easiely.

400 hp at the wheels is just a heads/cam package away. Get a nice set of heads like some TEA's or your choice and a decent size cam, your well over 400 at the wheels or if you have a large stall you are at 400 at the wheels.
To begin with do full bolt ons that will get you around 350ish
Then either a mild cam and heads
Forced induction
Little Nitrous
There is SO many ways to get 400 hp outa a ls1 its a very broad question, search around and you will find ALOT of ways it can be done, just a matter of which route you wanna go
