Default Pin On/Bolt On Difference

Hey, I'm looking at hoods right now. What's the difference between pin on and bolt on hoods? Which is "better?" Thanks.

pin on uses either dzus fasteners or hood pins to hold the hood on the car and bolt ons use factory hinges and latches to keep the hood on the car.

pin on hoods are usually cheaper, and they also are flimzy compared to a bolt on. Pin on hoods can be a pain in the *** taking the hood off by yourself, not that its heavy its just bulky for one person, plus its real easy to scratch the fenders when putting the hood on by yourself. Pin ons are great for workin on the car, more light, and more head room.
