Does my car have the 1LE package?

Does my car have the 1LE package? On the drivers door its says "FE2" which i looked up means " Suspension system ride, Handling" Is this the 1LE package?

If you have the 1LE package, then you would have the "1LE" RPO on that same sticker. No 1LE code, no 1LE package.
