LS2 GTO vs 02 Hawk argument We have nothing better to do at work but argue about cars, this has been going on all morning, someone please settle it-who would win a 1/4 mile (both cars stock M6)

I've already raced this exact race. I agree it's a drivers race. I had a 2000 Firehawk and Raced a 2006 Gto. We Raced muiltple times. From very low rolls to take out the launch part of the race which benefited the gto. In the 1/4 Mile I would have won every race. The thing was we raced to 140 Mph and in the 4th gear the gto comes by the Ls1 car everytime. I was a car ahead through 3 gears everytime. My car at the track Bone stock on firehawk sz50 tires ran 13.1@108 Mph. The gto can achieve very similar times with a good driver but, consistently with the launch troubles I would put my money on the f-BODY from a dig. Still drivers race.....
