air box clips

I just got my 00 SS and I was cleaning my air filter and 1 clip busted is it commen and does the whole lower assembly have to be changed or can you replace just the clip

yeah i bought my car with just one it never seems to bring any trouble but how much does one of those run you because i know how dealerships love to make money on stupid things like a clip
