Question tires out of round???

i just bought my camaro. before I bought it, it sat in storage from 2 1/2 years. i think the tires that were on it now, were on it when it was sitting. the tires are pretty smooth except for high speeds like 100 or more. is there any way to fix the tires? they are almost brand new. $230 per tire!

if the vibrations are from flat spots there is nothing a balance will do.

Could always just burn them down, swap front -> back, rinse repeat . But on a more serious note if it is flat spots then there isnt anything you can do but deal with it or get new tires.
