It has a complete walkthrough on how to pull the heads, and re-install them. The job really isnt all that bad, and you would save an *** load of money doing it yourself.

well if compression test comes back bad, what kinda heads should i get and would all i need is the heads or other supporting mods, what kinda money are we talking

TSP has some very good prices on Head/Cam packages for around $1500. Their heads flow very well, and they can help you match a cam with your head selection, and overall goals for the car.
I believe that package includes fully assembled heads, cam of your choice, hardened PR, and valve springs.

Sounds good guys, am going to have Speed inc do a compression test, is that something that i can take it to threm and wait for, or does a compression test take awhile? I really appreciate your guyd help. if some valves are bad i may just have to refinance my loan and do a head and cam swap
