Foglight Alignment

Foglight Alignment How do you adjust the height(direction) on the foglights? Is it the screw above the housing? I got one that's too low, and one a bit too high.

I'm using Sylvania Super white, or something like that, and they work moderately well. Not good enough for night driving on the highway, but enough that people don't flash their lights at me if my headlights are off.
