If you stick to street tires then that eliminates number two. A little care and or suspension upgrades can eliminate number one. I wouldn't worry about breaking the 10 bolt unless you plan to drag race with sticky tires. IF that's the case then I wouldn't even bother with buying gears at all. Might as well just start saving now for the 9" so you're not paying for gears twice.
But for a street car/daily driver the 4.10's in the 10 bolt are just fine. Lots of people running them with no issues.

I looked on here and i think the next thing i am gonna do is p/p throttle body and look into ls6 intake manifold... sound good?? any other ideas and what about the suspension i heard some ppl put v6 spring in the back???
