mine had the old style ksensors had baad kr.....it was a 11/97 build date though......these guys will ask why not to by a car and when you tell them they are just as good the newer year owners get all but hurt over there e pride or somthing....

Well several reason through this thread have been mentioned that hold true, and some were the reasons I shyed away from 98's when I was looking. Not really because they were less of a car, but because there was those few little things that if it came to it down the road, I didnt want to deal with.
IE: the 98 block, the heads/valve covers being specific to each other.
