Slight Vibration I get the vibration when crusing not on the gas and not off
Checked my universals and dont feel any play and it only does it above 40 mph.
any ideas?

Jack the front of the car up. Grab the driver wheel and tug on it left/right. If it wiggles your tie rod ends probably need replaced. Tug up/down - if it wiggles that way it is a ball joint IIRC. Repeat with passenger side.
Mine was vibrating at higher speeds like that (and it liked to wander around some) and found my tie rod ends and the LCA bushings were shot. My driver side wheel wiggled back and forth really badly. Great fun. Wallet really hates me right now with all the stuff I've had to do to this car (and I just got it a month ago...!).
