Default Outside Temp and headlights? (TA)

It's like -3 here....or close to it. I've noticed that my head lights will barely pop up....like they are struggling. Has anyone had this problem? It's never done this....the only thing I can think is because it's so damn cold.....

Put it in a heated garage or somewhere where it has time to warm up to well above freezing, then try the headlights again. If it is still giving you issues, then the motors are probably shot, but I would guess its just due to the cold.
