Yeah, I just found qcaaf the other day and decided to join up to meet some other cool car people in the area. I have driven around with the cutout open, just not around town. I went cruising around in the country this morning with a friend with the cutout open this morning actually, before the weather got horrible.

Yeah, mines like right below the passenger seat/floorboard. It vibrates the hell out of the car, especially when downshifting.

$80 for the cutout and installation doesn't sound that bad to me. Mine was already on my car when I bought it though, so I don't know what it cost. But, aren't manual cutouts usually around $50? And with how much shops charge for labor, I'm surprised it wasn't more.

I gained 3rwhp at the top end. It actually feels like I lose power down low.

QTP are not the best cutouts- DMH is- 4 year warranty.

Got ?

Well... As not to be labeled as an *******... Here you go.

My McCord worked perfect the two years I had it on my car, so I'm not sure whether the extra 60 bucks is worth it or not.

Here's a pic of dual electric low profile cutouts by DMH.. They are not listed on his site, you have to call and ask for them.. He designed them specifically for our ground clearance challenged fbodies..
