I bought a used Whisper lid for my 02 Formula and there is an extra intake hose (oil breather?) that there's no place for on the lid. I know that I can get a K&N breather filter for it, but does anyone know the right part number or size?

You can use any breather filter as long as it has a 3/4" male tube.
