O2 sensor question

Ok, this probably sounds really bad, but I have owned my 99 SS for a month now. I had to jack the car up to change a tire the other day, and I noticed that the O2 sensor in the collector of my O2 sensor is not plugged in. It looks as if someone cut the wires. I am going to get new O2 sensors to put in the car, but I have no idea where they go. If someone could just give me a general idea of where the plug is normally located im sure I can find it. I saw two O2 plugs strapped near the tail housing on the tranny, but I imagine those are for the rears. They have simulators in them. Thanks for any help.

on each side, there is a sensor before the cat and after the cat, making a total of four. do you have headers on the car?

Is your SES light on? Do you have longtubes? A little more info on the mods and the car would be helpful...

yeah +1 . i would imagine you would only have the sims on if you have LT's or if you deleted the cats...but if one of your front 02's was not connected i would imagine it would throw a code...

The car has long tubes headers. Thats why i said at the collectors. It has an offroad y-pipe also. I just need to know where the car side plug is for the front passenger side O2 sensor
