LOL... That is funny. The WS6 was probably PACING him, not RACING, and decided to let him pull away cuz he didn't want to waste his gas. Then the GT guy goes online talkin smack. LOL... classic.

I don't have anything against stangs either, but when they start gettin cocky, I don't hesitate putting them in their place. And if I ever do get beat, I'll give a thumbs up and congadulate them on a job well done.

4.10 gears, good tires, SLP lid, Pacesetter longtubes, Underdrive balancer, Catback. All simple things you can do that will make a good diffrence.

Yep, the classifieds on here have alot of stuff too. Just check peoples trader rating and obviously use the same amount of caution you would with any online transaction.

That's awesome...are you putting the skull on the hood? That might look pretty cool, maybe you ought to leave it!

That's exactly where I got the name from. I was having a hard time thinking of a username, I was still looking for a F-Body at the time. This is the first thing that popped into my head. I use it now at all the F-Bod related sites I belong to.

I bought my headers and rotors from guys on here. Quick transactions, and both items were at my door in about 2 days. I wouldn't hesitate checking the parts classified first for your modding needs.

My setup when I beat a vortech supercharged '01 GT 2v w/gears/ suspension/clutch and DR's: Hooker longtubes, ORY, loudmouth, SLP lid, free mods, and stock 3:42's. Second gear damn near put him back 4 lengths and he gave up when I hit 3rd. Just to give you an idea.

you get a trader rating from actually trading with someone on the site, then it's just like ebay in the sence that you leave feedback on your transaction

Ive got a BBK 85mm intake manifold that I want $350 shipped for. Nothing wrong with it...Im just parting out my baby.

Other than that, go with a cam/pushrod/lifter swap. That will net you 60HP...ish, and gain you 500RPM on the top end. The engine can spin 7K, but floats stock valves at about 6400RPM. Other than the internal stuff, intake and exhaust work well.

Didn't read the other responses, but nitrous sounds like what you're looking for. I have a mild H/C combo that makes 400rwhp and when I ran my buddy in his basically stock 02 Z28 the other night, he was right next to me, back and forth with a 100 shot and his better driving. I trapped 116 at the track last time with no traction in first or second.

You can do up a real nice kit with everything you need for anywhere from $500-1000 if you know how to install it yourself.
