Get a 3500 or 3600 stall. If you get a 3000 you WILL be sorry more likely sooner then later. Just ask JP74

Yea I would go with a 3500 or 3600 stall too, you got to get the cooler too, than i would do cam, IMO i would also get the 3.73's... but yea i would start a little more conservative to play it safe

Well I ordered a yank ss3200 and they sent me a ss3600 on accident. I'm really thankful this happened, because the cam I went with was the tourquer v2 232-234 595-598 112 and I heard that the power don't come in till bout' 3000 rpm. what do you guys think.

That is awesome!!!! How do you know they sent you the wrong stall? You are going to notice a night and day difference.

That cam and stall should be fun. I had that cam in a m6 with 4.10's, so I can give you an idea that it will rip

because when I called I told the guy the 3200 and it's on my recipt and on the converter it has the sticker ss3600LS1. lol I'm glad to get this instead of the 3200. I ordered this before my cam, and I was gonna go with the TR224 and the very next day after I ordered the 3200 I decieded to go bigger, so I was like **** i knew I should've got a bigger stall. So everything worked out fine.

Just do as I did...

Get you a big *** Raunchy Cam..

Get you a big *** Stupid Stall..

Suspention is for girls...

Girls go wild for the chop..

$45 a tank of gas = 120 miles of funn

Blow up 2 slush box's..

Spin a rod bearing on that tired high *** mileage motor..

Build you a stroker... Go six speed.. Easy Day...

Errr??

I say cam. You would probably be faster with the other, but at this point you won't be breaking any ET records, so the cam will increase your enjoyability factor. I have to say my favorite thing about my car is the way it sounds. I know thats sad, but it sounds awesome.

Well I just got done installing my cam and stall, and I am very happy with the decision I went with. thanks guys for all the help. Just one more ? I was putting my stall in and it said to tourque the bolts to 44ft/lbs (the 3 on the stall) is this really necessary if you put locktite on them? Just don't have a tourque wrench.

I would have went gears and shift kit 1st..I don't see what all the fawning over a cam is..I had one in one of my Iroc-s..Sounded great, felt a little better, but if you do cam,you have to do a lot of other things to make it worth while..Gears 1st IMO..Biggest bang for the buck without doing anything else..What have you noticed about the stall and cam you put in? What difference did it make for you?

no need to discuss this any further, he already installed it and he's happy.
