i'm pretty sure it will work but i just need to make sure, will the TSP ORY work with QTP LT's on a 2000 Camaro SS?

Contact TSP. As with any y-pipe... it may require some modification

Yes they will, that is my exact combo. QTP LTs with a TSP ORY, all thru a borla catback with open baffle! I did not have to cut anything on the y-pipe, however I did have to shorten the I-pipe from the catback a few inches, not too much though.
