My girl did, her first car was an 89 Formula 305. After a tree jumped out and bit that one, she got an 01 V6. Traded that in for the T/A

1988 Camaro Sport Coupe. It was a beast with its 305 TBI motor, 700r4 and 2.73 open rear. I bet I was pushing nearly 140hp to the rear tires.

Just bought my first f-body last friday. Its a 98 Z28 with the six speed. It was one hell of a deal with only 113,000 on the clock and stole her for 5k.

Yes my camaro was the first car that I ever bought. Got it for 3k back when I was 18, and I've had it ever since. First car that I drove on a regular basis though was a base model 89 ford taurus.. man I hated that car

1983 Camaro Barlinette ( SP ? ) - 16 I think but it was F'ed with by the guy I bought it from. I had no help getting it running at the time so it got sold. Then I ended up with a 87 Suburban.

when i was 8 i started saving for an ls1 vette. that was my dream car, and still is. i didn't spend a dime until i was 16 hoping that i would have enough. i turned 17 only having 4500 in my pocket so i settled for a 93 formula 6spd. i've been hooked ever since.

well i was 16 got my first. a 98 trans am and guess what happened to me in my trans am with an ls1! The same **** with your moms z28. learned my lesson and im a little happy it happened because of the fact i now drive more safe and save gas money haha. i thought i was untouchable in my car before i had my wreck like any other typical teenager well im 17 now

lets just say owning an f-body taught me a lot of life lessons in just 6 months

Before i bought the car i was looking into the engine bay at the ls1 and could not believe my dad was letting me buy it.
just picture a 16 year old kid sitting in his first car with an ls1. Well thats got SAFE written all over it.

At age 14, in Richmond, VA, I bought a white with red interior 1978 Camaro sport coupe with a 145 hp 2-barrel 305, a rebuilt TH350, a 2.41:1 axle, a broken left-rear main leaf spring, no muffler, and new P205/75R14 tires on the stock 14x7" 6-hole rally wheels, for $250. On the interstate it got 26 mpg at 55 mph.
