cooling funs wont shut off

cooling funs wont shut off once my car heats up to were the fans would kick on. once they do they dont shut off tili turn the car off. i came up with two possibilities. the fan relay's or the coolant sensor. would like to know what is most likely the cause of the fans running all the time. thanks for any advice. 00 camaro ss.

What is the gage reading? Are you running air conditioning? (fans run constantly with a/c on) The PCM controls the grounding of the fan relays and uses the ECT to know when to turn them on. Dunno about the history of the car, but it's a possibility the fans have been reprogramed to come on at a lower temp as well.

i did have a street tune done. an i talked to the guy that he only lowered the temp for the fans like 5-7 degrees. also i replace the coolant temp sensor. didnt correct the problem. i got the tune awhile ago an just recently had this problem start. . im thinking a stickin relay since there are 3 of them. dont know what else could cause this to happen. thanks for helpin me out.
