this might not help much, but I just recently put my MTI lid on.

at first it didnt seem to want to sit right, and one of the clamps wouldnt stay locked, it kept popping back up. I took it around for a test drive, tried again, both clamps were off . I than decided to just get tough with this thing and press it down and it locked right into place and never came off again.

Just lose the bellow, put the factory one back on with your new lid. Voila

I doubt the bellow makes much difference, than again, what do I know.

I think i may know what your problem is....It kind of seem's like you didnt put the Bellow back on correctly. If you notice, your 1st clamp from MAF to Bellow isnt positioned right. Just go ahead and remove the Lid, MAF & Bellow. Keep Lid & MAF clamped together. You need to remove the Bellow from MAF, and flip your clamp around, to where the Squared opening on the clamp is facing the MAF. Then position the squared opening in the part of the bellow that has that Square. It may be hard to understand what im saying, so here's a pic as to what im talking about. You'll see how the clamps squared opening is positioned correctly with the squared part of the bellow.....

You have the 2nd clamp from Bellow to Throttle Body correct, from what i see in your pics. However, your 1st clamp from MAF to Bellow isnt. So just redo that....

Now make sure to position the bellow on correctly to the MAF. This is why i told you to go ahead and remove the lid, maf & bellow. It makes it alot easier for you to do this part.....You will notice when you have the Bellow off that 1 side of the bellow is pushed in together more then the other side.

Here's a pic to show you, what i mean about the bellow.....You see how it's pushed in at the top, while the bottom is spread more??? That's how the bellow should look, even when it's off. That's how you should 1st clamp your Bellow to the MAF, then postion your Lid in place, lock it down if you want, then just clamp down the Bellow to Throttle Body.

That should solve your problem man.
