Sounds like you got just about everything covered. You want a stock throttle body ported and polished with your LS6 intake. No need for an after market MAF (it's a waste for this application). Get yourself an underdrive pulley, ASP or SLP are good brands. You definitely need a stall with your cam. I prefer Yanks, my SS3600 drives great and I DD it in snow, ice, rain.
What are the specs on that cam? My custom cam that's in my car now is coming out in a week or two. I will be selling it soon I dyno'd 372/382 on a mustang dyno through my A4, but without cats and on a dynajet or something I know it will be right at 400. Car ran 11.9 and is capable of more
You don't need much more, just make sure you leave room to upgrade. No matter what you will want more horsepower. You don't want to end up buying the same thing twice, for example 3600 stall is a great DD but the 4000 can work just as well. Hope this helps!!

well 400rwhp isnt going to be too great with a stock 10 bolt with 2.73s. even the performance rear which i have has 3.23's and thats not the greatest either, certainly wouldnt want to run 400rwhp through it.
lol riiiight couse u know everyone reading this thread was wondering what kind of sick *** rear end in that punishing LT1 of yours

doesnt matter the ratio of gearing the 10bolt is weak reguardless, try a rear end girdle and a good set of richmonds if u want to stay with a 10bolt.......IMO 10 bolt will last forever if u never use dr's

You dont need a fast 90 set up. It will help but you wont need it right away. Full bolt ons,3600+stall anda good sized cam will put you right about 400rwhp but if the cams to small you wont make 400 and if you go to big it will have not to great drivabilty.

X2 on the 10bolt. They will last much longer with a auto then a M6 also. We have quite a few guys on here cutting 1.3-1.5 60fts on the stock 10bolt and they are still holding up. Although those are lighter cars to its a little easier on it. Hell my car cuts a 1.7 60ft its a full weight trans am and has seen TONS of launchs on the street and at the track and im ALWAYS on a drag radial so it is possible

yeah stall and gears wont help you as far as hp, but make you damn fast down the quarter! if you want a dyno queen you should have got an m6. auto's always have less hp, then you add a stall, it makes it go down even more, then the same w/gears. hp is just a tool to tune your car. you can have lower numbers and still kick ***, expecially w/ a stall! and you cant really get a decent size cam unless you get a stall anyways. a fast 90/90 wont really help unless you have a good h/c package.

Vettes already have a great flowing exhaust, its not just loudness but rasp you have to think about. I wouldnt touch the exhaust until I had to.

My car with headers, 232/238 cam, ory and magnaflow exhaust:

As for mods every pretty much covered what you need. Since your an a4 its going to be tough to hit 400 rwhp cam only and the one you have speced out wont get you there, however it looks like you have a sound list going. For 400 rwhp cam only would look more like 4000+ stall, ported stock TB and ls6 intake, 25% pullies, LT headers and duals, g5x3 cam, and full dyno tune. That would bring you much closer if not to the 400 rwhp mark but it depends on if you want a cam that large. If you still with the 224/230 cam you have speced you would def need some ls6 style heads to hit 400 rwhp IMO. Either way 400 rwhp is just a number and as long as you are happy with the car you will appreciate the increased performance 400 rwhp or not.

Go to internal gen III or Dyno section and search chris1313. He's an A4 car puttin down over 420 cam only + bolt ons. Cam is a pred-z cam almost like mine. Pretty amazing and he has track times to back it up too

Nice tip about corvette exhaust... but he's wanting his 99 formula to have 400rwhp

LTs - ORY - your choice of catback..anything besides flowmaster

Stall

LS6 intake w/ ported TB

CAM... don't forget about valve springs/retainers or pushrods if they are required... can't just go throw a cam in there
