Default lost on cam ?

hey guys... im having a friend of mine take apart my motor to replace spun bearings, machine the crank and whatever else might be ruined.. I'd love to have a cam installed now that the motor will be opened anyways, but i have no idea what i need to look for... this has to be daily driven and not planing on adding heads for a while...so nothing big and crazy but i do want some power gained... as far as sound, dont realy want it to be chopy... what does everyone recomend....

I would say go with a 232/234 on a 114LSA or a 228/232 on 114LSA both with lift in the 590s. You can always contact patrick G and have him spec you a cam.

Sounds like a tr224 on a 114 lsa might be worth checking out.
