Blinker light
Blinker light Long story short I got smoked corners for my Camaro. The big blinker bulb that came with the kit is garbage. Other members said they will run hot for some reason, and they do.
So the blinker filament keeps burning out on the bulb, where the running light portion is fine. I think it is indeed running too hot, as the internal plastic casing of the light assembly surrounding the bulb is warping and melting.
I am just asking what light bulb, part number?, there are that people use for clear corners. So it has to be orange/amber to stay legal. Don't care about price as much as it lasting long and not melting parts. Seems dangerous and I don't want to take my headlights out to get to the corners all the time

try adding blinker fluid! but seriously go to autozone and ask for the bulb, they will know which to give you. to be legal, it just has to light up orange/amber...the bulb could actually be one of those clear looking ones that light up orange, so your clear corners are still "clear" looking...why do you take your headlights out to get to your blinker lights?
ive got a question also. My blinker light(amber lights) are really dull when i turn them on. i just replaced the bulb, its funny because the bulb in the computer at checkers is a huge lookin bulb, bigger than my head light that wont even come close to fitting 
. but at the same i found a small little light the size of a penny that fits perfectly and works but is just really dull looking. i wanted to know if its the lense itself or a certain bulb because i see alot of other camaros amber lights brighter than the sun while mine is bearily noticeable. any ideas? thanks

go to autozone or nappa and just get them to pull the part number, they can give you the bulb in clear or orange. aftermarket housing for blinker lights suck as far as sealing, i've blown like 4 bulbs from them getting wet.
