Do ya feel better now Mr. Maturity.
Was it a stupid thing to do? ===> Yes.
What is the liklihood you did something just as stupid at his age? ===> High probability.

OP, I think a pressure washer, some bleach, a wire brush and maybe some mildly acidic cleaning agent will be your answer. Well, that and some elbow grease! It'll come off but it won't be nearly as fun as laying it down was.

If I had time I'd run my pressure washer up to you. But even if you get the actual rubber off the driveway, there will probably be some kind of marks left from the cleaning. I think resealing the driveway was probably the best suggestion. My suggestion, if he's really going to throw a **** fit when he get's home, don't be there when he comes home and come back with a couple buckets of sealer.

Yeah it's funny though. I used to have burnout contests with my dad on the road right in front of the house.......good times LOL

Whatever you do don't try to clean a blacktop road. Just re seal it. A roller on a stick dunk it in roll it out you could do a short driveway in under an hour ;-)

But if you go that route you have to do the WHOLE driveway or it will look even worse.

If its blacktop, just reseal the driveway.

LOL at the douche bags on a maturity trip telling him to go get a house. He did something, not even that bad at all, put nobody in danger, and a couple guys go off on him. Get real.

I'd try borrowing a pressure washer first. If that doesn't work, take the resealing route. You figure out how to explain to your dad why you felt the sudden need to reseal his driveway .

im gonna rent a pressure washer tomorrow for my work so i'll just bring it by the house afterwards and see if it works -- if it doesn't i'll prolly wait and see how he feels about the deal then reseal it. it needs to be resealed anyway -- thanks guys, i'll keep my future burnouts in public places

I dont think a pressure washer will do the trick, especially if its blacktop, actually I guarantee it.
