Towing and the odometer

If you tow a 2002 on a dolly, will the odometer keep adding miles?

our odometers are electronic, not cable driven like older cars. So, if the key is off, the computer is off, thus the odometer is off.

If your planning on towing your car with the rear wheels on the ground DON'T DO IT.You should have a limited slip differential and will destroy it in short order.Tow it will the rear wheels on the dolly, or better yet get a different trailer and put the whole car on it.Your owners manual will have a warning about towing with the rear on the ground.

get a flat bed!!!!if you tow from the rear odds are the front end is going to scrape
