Default Blowing belts since BBK underdrive pullys

I put in the BBK underdrive pully kit two weeks and since then I have blew two belts. The kit calls for a new size of 77" belt and that is what I installed. The belt keeps walking off towards the front of the pullies and seperating. The new underdrive seems to be inline. It is on as tight as possable. I measured the new one compared to the OEM and everything measures the same beside the diameter. I spent hours looking and measuring and I can't figure this out. Anyone out there had simular problems or have an idea to fix this?

The crank pulley sounds like it may be installed incorrectly causing belt misalignment.

X2 Sounds like a pulley alignment issue somewhere.
