Ok the roads that I drive on are very curvy, I was wondering if I needed to add more oil then what is needed. I heard that when you race on the circuit track you need to add more oil to the motor to keep it from knocking, Im kinda worrid because my roads here are super curvy.

They are talking about during high lateral Gs on a road coarse. You should be fine under "normal" driving. It won't hurt to put a little extra in though.

just put in 6 quarts

thats what I use is 6 quarts and I drive all the time in the mountains and never have any oiling problems
