Default Poly bushes ???

Hi,

I am thinking of changing my bushes for polyurethane, as they as surposed to be better than the stock ones.
Some people say they are noiseyer. What makes them noisey, and what kind of noise?
A squeaking sound I'm guessing?
Could my bushes be the cause of the squeak I hear sometimes when I turn corners??

Thanks for the advise.

they sound different because its more solid of a bushing. instead of it being rubber and bouncy, its hard and stiff

What bushings are you going to change? My UMI lca's and panhard rod have polly bushings with grease fittings... one or two pumps with the grease gun a year and I havent heard a squeek. So if you have a greaseable option get those.

Thanks for your replys.

I want to get new rear LCA and PHR (with poly bushes), and change the swaybar bushes. Are there any others I could change to help out the handeling a little??

they sound different because its more solid of a bushing
So how do they sound different??

Will I get slightly improved handeling with poly bushes?

Would it also be worth me doing the front A arm bushes, the motor mounts, and can I fit new endlinks to the sways for an improvement??

You will see a improvement in handeling with the poly bushings. As far as moter mounts It will help so the engine doesn't rock side to side as much when torqueing over. I have polly moter mounts and it stoperd my kooks ORY from hitting the floor.

Thanks man It's been long expencive road. I would do the sway bar links the oem one's don't last long. The shocks end's are good but not as noticeable as the sway bar lins. As far moter mounts If you plan on a tube K member... Whitch is definitely worth it. Do the polly mounts then.
