Default Cutout worth it?

Hi,
I already have a GMMG muffler on a stock exhaust set up. Would adding a cutout give me much more hp?

Thanks for your advise.

Headers, catted Y pipe, and cutout for being hella loud. It will free up some horespower, but you will feel it later on at higher power levels. Do a DMH cutout, run it open at the track, closed on the street, or run it open all the time, and close it when you see a cop lol.

Here's my dyno open and closed:

Picked up 10rwhp and 8rwtq being open. Definately makes driving it around more fun more than anything. You will see bigger hp gains with a cam also, as I am on stock cam for now. But get a set of LT's, ORY, E-Cutout, quieter catback such as magnaflow or I have a B&B which is really nice. It's the best way to go!! Good Luck!

I loved my cutout. Wish I still had it.

Guys in Vegas have shown it to be up to 14rwhp on the dyno. You do lose a tad on the bottom end, but eh... it does get a little obnoxious after a while if you just throw a cutout on a mostly stock car. At least make some decent power first to back up your **** being that loud. LOL
