Man can someone help me out I'm puzzled? I have a 408 that's SD tuned, when I put it in gear and lift my foot, it immediately starts to idle high. When I start the car and let it idle for 2-3 mins, the headers start glowing cherry red, and occasionally sounds like its knocking. I put another SD tuned pcm in the car and same thing! Someone had to have this problem before! I also sprayed starter fluid around the engine bay for vac leaks. Any info would help

I don't need to get a car. I lived through the racing every night years..I enjoy watching and gambling now. When ribbed enough I'll beat on my car a bit.
I have a built motor mustang coupe sitting in ga..why get it just to argue and have to rave cars out my class. Get real..
