Who is Todd at Blue Thunder?

 

a guy in south Louisiana hes the owner, blue thunder was the name of his car then he started up a shop. I have seen a h/c car dyno tuned in Alabama and a friend of mine beat him with a m6 z with LT and a tune by Todd. Todd re-tuned it and he walked my friend by 6 cars
