Wow, time flies. I am definitely not making it this weekend. I did try though. There is a lot more to moving then one would think. I called several guys and let them know that but I wanted to post it here as well. I will be in touch with those interested. Have a safe holiday weekend guys.

Lol had the car cleaned and all waxed up. Even cleaned some areas I haven't done in years lol. Ifs no big deal my car has needed a good cleaning for a while.

This will be the first 4th I havent spent home in NY since 2006. I would have gone, but found out a week and a half ago I'm going to Iraq in 4 months... need to use the leave in September to drop the car off home for safe keeping.

Before this deployment popped up I was looking around for a nice C5 for a daily so I could put the T/A aside for motorwork next summer. Now that I'm going to make a little money overseas, depending on what I make, I may buy a C6 Grand Sport when I come back. Have been wanting one for a daily for awhile now, with its modern look, fancy new tech, and that LS3. If I don't have enough, I'll just grab a C5. If I go the C5 route, probably will be picking up a sport bike too.

Sorry man, I'd imagine it would be hard to get a deployment in your career field out of Barksdale. You don't want this particular deployment anyway. JET tasking, outside the wire.
