By popular demand we are now offering in-tank harnesses for Walbro's F90000267 E-85 430LPH fuel pump for use in Delphi SUV fuel modules.

ITWH-028 for Delphi modules 2004 and up

Most modules up to 2003 have the older style MP150-type bulkhead connector shown here:

These bulkhead connectors are prone to failure hence Delphi's change to the newer MP280-type connector. If you have an early model factory original module you MUST upgrade your bulkhead connector to our RCS-028 shown here since the factory MP150-type is maxed out at 14 amps:

Pre-2004 SUVs will use a combination of these three items to complete the wiring upgrade*:
FPWH-017 Fuel Pump Harness MP150S-4M > GT280S-4F
RCS-028 Connector, Fuel Bulkhead 4-Way 280/150
ITWH-029 In-tank Harness, MP150/280 4W> DCSS E85
* If the Delphi module has been serviced/replaced the chassis connector may have been changed/spliced using a MP280-type connector. In this case our FPWH-017 harness will not be compatible since the input uses the MP150-type square connector. In this case our FPAH-001 150 to 280 Fuel Pump Adapter Harness may be used to adapt the input. The FPWH-022 is connector compatible with this upgraded configuration but the wire positions are not.
2004+ SUVs will use a combination of these two items to complete the wiring:
FPWH-022 GM SUV/Car 280 Fuel Pump Wiring Harness
ITWH-028 In-tank Harness, MP150/280 4W> DCSS E85
We offer the Walbro F90000267 fuel pump along with other installation hardware such as filter socks (11m inlet), fuel tubes, crimp clamps (12.3 or 12.8mm for pump), etc.
