Default main feed line length

I tried the search but couldn't find the answer. I've got the NOS dry kit [used] and need to get a feed line.

I'm putting the solenoid by the hood latch like the directions say. I'm planning on running the line down the driver side next to the stock fuel lines, coming into car underneath rear pass. seat and mounting the bottle on the driveshaft tunnel. As close as I can tell a 12 ft. would be really close but a 14 ft. should be plenty. What length are you guys running that have that setup?

Also, any tips on running it that route, like what to do/not to do would be appreciated.

I would do a 14ft line. Although, you could probably get away with a 12ft.

My bottle is in the spare tire location and I ran a 16" main line. So 14 would be enough, and you wouldn't have to wrestle it to get it to fit.

I had seen where some guys had a 16ft. to the spare tire so I figured a 14ft. would be plenty but thought a 12ft. would work...just didn't know if it would be cutting it close!

I would do a 14ft. piece. Gives you a little wiggle room in case you need to zig zag a little.

Going to the front nose of the car I would do at the very least 16ft..

Our dry systems come with a 20ft hose which gives you enough room to mount the solenoid at the nose of the car and the bottle in the spare tire area..Since you are mounting behind the seat 16ft should be about right..

If you want to measure with some yarn or something we can custom build the hose to what ever lenght you need.

Thanks for the help all. I got some wire to measure and yes 12' would be cutting it real close but I think it would work but I'm gonna get the 14' as suggested. 13' would be perfect but my local shop has a 14' so that'll work.

I'm sure I'll be calling the above sponsors sometime, I'm gonna need some accesories in the future. [or a bigger kit!] I've checked out both of your websites and liked what I saw from both.

There you go. These hoses are to expensive not to plan ahead and pre measure. I always try to premeasure and then install. It sure beats having to pull it back out of the car and starting over.
