Default DIY RPM Window Switch

I have searched and couldn't find a post on this, so here I go. On some other car forums I found diagrams for building your own window switch. Has anyone here built one, and if so could you share your schematic?

Never seen that before. Window switches are cheap enough now and have lots of added features. Plus this item is the insurance you want not to hurt an engine, not sure I would want to build my own.
Hope you find what your looking for.

I just don't want to pay more than I need to for any item. If it can be built for less, why not?

There's one on ebay now for $31. I'm sure you could build one but why?
