Default Spark plug question

I'm gonna be running a progressive 200 shot through my stock bottom end LS1 here in a week or so. I've been running 150 through it with TR6 plugs. Which plugs do you think I should use for a 200 shot. TR8's, or TR9's? And what should I gap them at?

PS: I don't wanna hear any "your gonna blow up your motor bs" here....it's a simple spark plug question.

If the 150 shot was running good i would just pull a couple degrees out and 1 step colder on the plug.

It runs good on the 150 shot. A little rich actually. I'm using Nitro Daves 85mm plate and stand alone fuel cell with 110 in it.

Be careful rich.... it hurts more stuff then being lean will.

150-200 you will have a hard time hurting parts rich but when you get more on it you can kill the ring lands easy with a rich tune up.

Good luck !

Would it hurt anything if I went to the TR8's? Or do you think I should just do TR7's?
