Default Went to the track yesterday...

Looking forward to playing with the 100 shot for some new times. Something wasn't working right. I had my 15 lbs bottle filled that morning. Got it warmed up to 900 psi. Went for a run. Felt like the N2O was sputtering all the way down the track. I figured the bottle pressure needed to be higher. I made sure I had 1000 psi for the second run. Took off the line and felt like I had enough pressure and power to boot but then I felt the front end nose dive and nothing but "sputtering" all through the 1/4. Any suggestions?

I have a TNT Wet fogger F1 kit with MSD digital window switch. Using the 100 jets.

I was wondering what happens to a silinoid(sp) when they go bad?

sounds to me like your nitrous solenoid is disengaging, and fuel is staying engaged for some odd reason...

umm, is the msd timing turner working properly? I had troubles with mine and ditch it. Went with an FJO mini from Nitrousoutlet it is so much easier to work with.

If this is the case, good thing it wasn't the other way around!

We need to go over all of the wiring and and verify that all the components are working properly. My suspicion is the window switch. Give me a call.

Well thank you!!! I had a problem a few weeks back at the track with my bottle blanket switch the wires had come off. So I thought about your question and wondered if maybe some other wires were off. I looked at the 'noid switches and their wiring looked good. I looked at my WOT switch and the two wires going to it were only half on the terminal. Either they vibrated off or someone was messing around under there. I am going to hope they just vibrated off. So thanks for the wire idea!

Just need to get oout there and see if that works!

not a problem i had an issue with the ground I used on my car. I grounded them to the top of the shock tower bolts and above 950 psi the noid stuck closed. Myfast70 informed me that the ground is 66x more resistant and to ground it back to the battery. I had no issues with the noids this weekend even at 1150psi

You are correct! Going to take the wires back off and try to crimp them a little tighter in the mean time.
