Microedge users, in here!
hmmm... i like what you guys are doing with it, but i really want to keep my whole install hidden, everything else is, i may have to start looking at making a mounting plate for the glove box for the microedge and lm2
jmill96Z, great minds think alike I guess...I'm in the process of mounting mine in the exact same place. It's pretty neat how the Microedge looks right at home there and fits so perfectly
Here's some preliminary pics of where I'm at so far (still gotta smooth out the plastic area that I cut to make room for the wire harness)......

You're right about the fitment.... funny part was that I had no intention of putting it there until I saw how absolutely perfect it fits in that little area. It'll also be serving a dual purpose functioning as a wideband gauge in the near future (I plan on hooking up an LM-1 controller to it), saving me the need to buy additional instrumentation.
I've only got two more wires to hook up (ran out of daylight today) and she'll be good to go. Once everything's put back together I'll take some more pictures of the finalized install.
its got velcro to hold it on, and i have a pice on the top of the radio to hold it in place. my car is under the cover for the winter but you cant see any thing when the benzle is back on looks stock
how its all held down. 4 pices hold hole the microedge up. one pice holds the gauge up.
one pice holds the gauge down on to the radio when the benzle is on. and its hard to see but i cicrled it in red. its another pice to hold the microedge down on the radio. as far as teh fog light switch, i just broke off the tap that locks it in place, so its easyer to remove, even with out the tab it wont fall out.
