For the fuel pump, it depends on how much you are putting down NA. If you plan to go bigger then a 100 shot, i would just do the pump and hotwire kit now. If your injectors are fine NA then they will be fine with a wet kit. Personally, if your going to only run a 100 shot on a DP, i would run it off a standalone on low pressure. You have to use a VERY small jet to get a 100 shot on a DP. Because the jets are so small you run the risk of clogging it up easily. That would probably ruin your day.

as for accessories, depends on what you want. Nano is pretty popular these days. Our Microedge Controller is also very popular and is easily one of the more advanced window switches on the market. Depending on your NA tune, you might want to pull a few degrees of timing on any sized shot as well

You obviously need stuff like a purge kit, colder plugs, bottle heater (if not using nano), blow down tube, nitrous filter, etc.

have you checked the injector duty cycle? Your pretty close to the point where stock injectors are maxed out.

I'm not saying, go out and buy a standalone today, im just making you aware of some risks incorporated with running extremely small jet sizes. If its in your budget, then i would def. say pick one up. You wont need to do the pump if you just run your kit off a standalone.

I am about 410 HP NA with a 99 C-5

I agree with Mike, NA your close to maxing out the injectors.

I went with a Racetronics pump and hotwire kit. I upped my injectors to to Delphi 42's (mainly to support a large Dry shot) and my IDC is I think about 65% NA and about 70% with a small Dry shot. I added a BAP later for overkill.

The standard accessories
Colder Plugs
Purge (Bleed off if to high, remove air from line before using Nitrous)
Bottle Heater or NANO (or both depending on street or track used to get bottle to 950 -1000 PSI)
Window Switch/Controller (wish the HSW Mircro edge was available when I did my install)
Pillar Gauges (AFR and Nitrous Pressure)
Switch panel (Nitrous Outlet or HSW has em)

Another vote for interface/microedge combo, that's what im running and am a HUGE fan, it is so easy and really helps make your system so darn reliable and at a great price

Just do a separate fuel system for the nitrous and be done with it

I would suggest a dedicated to supply fuel. The Zex system has long -3 braided hoses and when the system atcivates it will be alot of strain on the fuel system. We build two different dedicated fuel systems for the C5. One mounts were the battery goes and one goes up front by the radiator. I would use our dedicated to supply the fuel at low pressure. Probably a C-16

To controll the system safely I would suggest either adding our dual window switch or the NOS or FJO progressive controller with built in windowswitch and TPS. Honestly I would prabably go ahead and do a windowswitch, tps and progressive combo. The most cost affective and greatly built products being the two I listed.

For accessories.
I would put a fuel pressure safety switch on the dedicated with a fuel pressure gauge.
To maintain constant nitrous pressure and power through out the curve I would use a nano system.
You will need a purge kit for Consistant 60 foot times.
To pass tech you will need a blow down tube and NHRA fitting.

You will need a nitrous pressure gauge if you do not already have one.

So laying it all out there here you go.

Digital windowswitch with TPS activation and traction controll.

NOS Progressive controller with windowswitch, gear lock out and TPS. Comes with hand held controller. Has time base ramp only.

FJO Progressive with windowswitch and TPS. Both RPM and time base ramp. Requires laptop for adjusting.

Dedicated fuel systems

Battery for corvette-

Front support dedicated.

For the nano we offer two different versions that will fit the HP levels you are looking for.

This kit is good for up to around 500 hp. It is there top of the line system.
http://www.nitrousoutlet.com/catalog...roduct_id=2872

This kit is good for 225hp and has a larger heavier bottle.
http://www.nitrousoutlet.com/catalog...roduct_id=3472

If the nano is out of your budget you will atleast need a bottle heater to get pressure up. The nano is really the best option if you have the funds.

All of our bottle heaters are here.

All of our Nitrous pressure gauges are here.

You will need this to pass tech.
Zex NHRA fitting and blow down tube.
http://www.nitrousoutlet.com/catalog...roduct_id=1531

To clean up your install with a clean looking switch panel that just pops in the factory ashtray you will want this.

If you have any questions at all please let me know. We do alot of directports and I have isntalled and plumbed the Zex one as well.
