Someone on my local board is selling a NOS kit #05169nos which is a ls2 kit.

He claims it is on his fbody.

Will this kit work on a ls1? What will it take to work?

Ive PM'd him but he hasnt responded yet.

you need a 90mm tb/manifold for it to work

since this is a plate system couldnt i switch the plate to a 78mm? Or is it not that simple

Yeah, just switch the plate, or get a FAST90 But it also will be different because of the throttle cable. You might need to adjust it since the plate will make the throttle body stick out a little bit farther.

LS2 = electronic throttle thing

 

Ok. The guy is selling the kit for a screaming deal. He had this kit paired with a fast 90/90 on his ls1 fbody.

I dont see myself getting a fast for atleast another year
