Some remote bottle openers will not work on certain bottle valves. What bottle do you have.

Typically, nitrous bottles are either manufactured by Hy-Mark or Luxfer. Many bottle openers are manufacturer specific. If memory serves (someone with more experience please correct me if I'm wrong) the Luxfer bottles are much more common at this time. Others could probably tell you which bottle each specific manufacturers uses.

As far as I'm aware we're the only ones that use the hy-mark bottle. I prefer it over some of the others on the market today because they offer thicker material in a few key areas. haha it reminds me of that wendy's commercial "where's the beef?"

The bottle valve is what plays a factor into which remote opener you will need. Not the bottle cylinder. Can you take a picture of the valve you have and Ill give you a list on what remote openers will work with that valve.
