Default best rings for 200 shot

Ok so I wana spray a 200 wet on my car and im thinking about changing the rings anyone have any advice experience or suggestions? Its a stock bottom end but I'm getting ready to change the rod bolts and I figured I'd change the rings while I was at it so any suggestions? Also is there anything else I should change to hold that much of a shot?

Thanks!

Well I'm replacing them for a few reasons I was doing a cam swap and droped a lifter so I had to pull the oil pan and the heads so I just droped the motor out and decide to replace the rod bolts while I had the oil pan off then I decide to replace the rings while I had the rod bolts out lol they've got over 80k miles on them so I just figured if replace them and I wanted to do a nitrous friendly ring since I plan on spraying a 200 shot

If you're going that far, might as well get some forged slugs too.

Just build it now, before you snap a rod down the road....it happens.

how do the cyl. walls look? how well will the new rings seat? any crosshatch left in them? I'd do at least a hone with the new rings and if $$ allows pistons an bearings.

The block is going to the machine shop pretty soon to be honed and get new crank and cam bearings I'm just going to pay them to build it up with the new rod bolts and rings... But the question is what are good rings? Want something kinda for nitrous any suggestions
