Default Nitro Dave plate- Help with jetting sizes

I have a 78mm single stage plate on my C5 Z06 and know that when I first got the kit the tuner said they had to "manipulate" the 100hp jets to get 125hp because the kit went from 100-150hp. I know the kit uses NX jets, I was just wondering if anyone knew what sizes I would use in the plate for each power level? I need to order all new jets and have no idea what sizes I need.

I just ended up calling them this morning since I need the jets. I did not want to call the guys and waste their time but they were very helpful. Here is the info. I want to post it up incase this ever gets searched and someone else wants the answer. Also note the plate uses NX style jets

HP Shot Nitrous Jet Fuel Jet
50 35 22
75 41 28 (does not come in the kit)
100 52 33
125 57 33 (will have to be tuned because of the fuel)
150 62 38
200 78 46

I do have a few jets here and see one that is a 35, that might be the ticket for 125 jet but again I dont know chit about this just thinking simple math???

There should be a sticky made for this. Ive been asked many times about jetting for the plate. I don't mind helping out but I'm sure it would help allot of members. Jetting for 125hp and 175hp should be included to.

90mm Plate will be the same as above. We have jetting for 75, 125 and 175hp, we just got it close. They are not exact on the fuel side so the air/fuel MUST be verified. Usually the fuel jet will be different from what would be listed anyway since most vehicles are different. Even the common 100 shot jetting may not be spot-on. There really is no way to get it perfect for every vehicle.

yeah that's pretty much the norm with most suggestions...

any clue to my question?

if your running the ND wet plate kit w/ a stand alone low pressure fuel cell...say at 5.5 psi how do you base your jet sizes then?

Your fuel jet will be increased a lot, to how much I am not sure, maybe nitro dave can come in here and let you know. I think they base their low pressure off 10psi though so you will still have to mess with it a little bit. There is a little difference in tuning in low pressure. get a jet that is close on the plug and then you can tune in about .25 lb fuel increments with the fuel flowing. lots of info on yb about this.

yeah reading my *** off lol just don't see to many examples of "our" plate kits and what not.

thanks

I guess the best way is to get a flow tool, and flow the fuel system with the standard 73 jet...but would like a "base" to start with.

Chad

At 5.5 psi I'd start just shy of square and work from there

6 jet spread around 5psi would be in the ball park from what I have seen/messed with.

Square will be 100% fat. haha

That's why I said just shy... Most will try this with too much timing, in which case a little more fuel will keep things cooler

yup... many different ways to go about. Just where I would start personally if it was my car.
