Depends on the Quality of work.

Someone could throw a kit in four hours (maybe less if it was more "get it in" than "what it looks like").
A well thought out (detailed) install by someone who is done it already on the same type car repeatedly I would say 6 hours (hidden mainline, good soldier connections wires hidden etc).
A noobie, doing a well researched/planned install for the first time a weekend ie pulling seats carpet running lines, Soldered connections etc.

Don't let this information overwhelm you. Installing a basic nitrous setup is VERY easy, and the amount of time you are going to spend is going to depend on the amount of electronics you are using, bottle placement, whether or not you want it hidden, etc. You can easily knock it out in an evening, considering you have all the correct tools and supplies you need.

I generally tell customers to plan a weekend just in case you hit a snag. Most of the time it can be banged out in a day.

I usually plan for about 8 solid hours between ops checking everything, and how trick the install is. If you don't want anything hidden, it can be alot less.

Different people have different ideas on quality. An average install with the needed accessories is anywhere from 6 to 18 hours when done correctly.
