HSW good or bad?

I asked for the Jet Sizes chart, and was told two different jet sizes for the fuel from two different people for the same size shot.
My girlfriend ordered a Microedge controller from them and it was on backorder. After 2 weeks of backorder she called to check the status of the "backorder" and she was rudely told "its on backorder"..well.. duh.
I had a HSW fuel solenoid go bad... of course I bought the kit used but something caused the noid to go bad in the first place... I guess it was the previous owner right?

Their gauge on the bottle I have from theres apparently doesn't work.
Of course, all of these prob aren't all their fault maybe I am just having bad luck. I just want my kit to function and I am losing money, time and effort dealing with all the little problems I have had... I haven't even got to spray the car yet.

as far as them being rude on the phone....sounds like b/c they told you something you didnt want to hear you take it as being rude. backorder generally means that there is no release date for said item. it can come in a day or a month...they dont know therefore they wont give you a specific day cause what happens is if they give you an estimated time of say, a week, whats gonna happen......your gonna be callin up in a week to see if its in. than if its not in they'll have to tell you its still not in which will frustrate the customer even more. they allways ask you to be patient...thats not alot to ask unless of course your an inpatient person.
