Default HSW good or bad?

I'm about to buy about $1900 worth of equipment from HSW. I've been searching and haven't found much info about the company. My local installer only recs. NX products. I'd like to have some feedback, good or bad.

Their response have been prompt. I have had several pms with Mike. I was really sold. I'm just checking on their noids. That's all. I don't like crack; but, "Cocaine is a hell of a drug!"

I would give a different review at the moment.

I asked for the Jet Sizes chart, and was told two different jet sizes for the fuel from two different people for the same size shot.

My girlfriend ordered a Microedge controller from them and it was on backorder. After 2 weeks of backorder she called to check the status of the "backorder" and she was rudely told "its on backorder"..well.. duh.

I had a HSW fuel solenoid go bad... of course I bought the kit used but something caused the noid to go bad in the first place... I guess it was the previous owner right?

Their gauge on the bottle I have from theres apparently doesn't work.

Of course, all of these prob aren't all their fault maybe I am just having bad luck. I just want my kit to function and I am losing money, time and effort dealing with all the little problems I have had... I haven't even got to spray the car yet.

i've had nothing but good experiences with HSW & their services. i had a bottle mount pressure gauge leaking when i first bought my original kit from them & called them about it & they sent a new one out & had it the next day. i have spent a fair amount of money on their products & will continue to do so.

It's good stuff. I have a HSW sudden impact dry. It's been on my car for over 2 years without any problems. You have to expect some wear and tear in more than 2 years of use. My personal best is a 10.62 @ 128 last season on a 1.52 60'. I went to the track last night for a couple shakedowns with the newly installed MicroEdge and it went 10.89 @ 125 on a spinning 1.67 60'.

HSW is good stuff at a decent price. i had a noid go bad but i also dont have a filter. my 98 bolt on car went 13.1 at 106 to 11.62 at 121 on a 125 shot, without a bottle heater and a window switch.

Quick delivery, and every time you have question they are always there to help.

**** happens when you buy used components...in the end, they end up costing you more money. shouldnt be pissed off at HSW for having a USED product that doesnt work.
as far as them being rude on the phone....sounds like b/c they told you something you didnt want to hear you take it as being rude. backorder generally means that there is no release date for said item. it can come in a day or a month...they dont know therefore they wont give you a specific day cause what happens is if they give you an estimated time of say, a week, whats gonna happen......your gonna be callin up in a week to see if its in. than if its not in they'll have to tell you its still not in which will frustrate the customer even more. they allways ask you to be patient...thats not alot to ask unless of course your an inpatient person.

I bought every single part for my nitrous system from HSW. I have not been able to install it yet but their customer service is awesome. Even before I bought anything from them they helped me through PM's.

You're both in PA so if this isn't misleading I don't know what is... like they overnighted it for free or something.
