Technically, you could get away with a 100 shot by just putting it on and running 93 octane.....doesn't mean its the best option.

dynotune wet kits are rated at the flywheel.i'm running 125 jets which is close to a 100 rear wheel shot on my stock ls1.i drop 1 second off my e.t.i'm running tr6 plugs and 22 degree's of timing.a/f ratio is 11.5-11.8 on the bottle.i was told a fuel pump upgrade would be a good idea to run a 125 rear wheel shot.

I've installed 3 DynoTune wet kits and also run a single nozzle DynoTune wet 150hp shot on my Vette. There shouldn't be any tuning needed if the cars tune is stock and there aren't to many bolt ons affecting normal operation and performance. Every kit I've installed has seen over a 100hp gain (100hp jetting) without tune and then tuning will gain even more throughout the curve.

so, you all are saying that NO TUNE REQUIRED with their LS1 wet kit...
simply install and fun...fun....fun
we only have 91 octane here in CA... so race gas and 150wetshot should be fine on stock tune...right
