Where in PA are you from? There is a shop near east stroudsburg, it is about $80 a fill. I go to Mossi Performance in central-northern jersey, its $55 there and you don't need paperwork for it. I think in jersey you need to get paperwork for some shops.

Last time I filled my #64 bottle it cost me $64.00 maybe it was 1985..

So go to an Industrial gas suppler .. in Michigan you had to have a Medical License to get Nitrous but not in Ohio .. Now days they have the non medical grade stuff that has something that smells terrible in it like anhydrous ammonia so you can't get high on it .. Now you can get that grade in Michigan ..
