what size purge line should i use ? Bronze or steel.

3/16th brake line can work as the purge.

If I was to make a setup to purge out of two separate places would I go from a single 3/16 to two lines that are smaller or just keep the whole thing 3/16?

you can leave it at 3/16". we actually sell a kit that does this

we also carry 3/16'' flexible aluminum line if thats what the OP is looking for

In order to do it with the 3/16th line you will need a 1/8th by 3/16th compression T and however much line it will take to exit where you wanted.

We offer two different kits that would let you have the dual outlet purge.

Windshield
