Default Gap for my BR7EF NGK plug

well, i finally decided to go with the br7ef plug, and i am needing to know what gap i should go with on my setup. My mods are in my sig and the car gets run on motor more often than the spray. I only spray 125 let me know what you think.

I used 30. I believe they came out of the box at 28.

I'm using .032 to .033 but maybe I should have gapped them less. I think I will try .029 to .030 next time.

I set mine to somewhere between 28 and 30, after they get some use they'll open up a little.

I recomended .035 since it seems you drive your car more than track it. Youll get better mileage with the wider gap. you will just have to play around with it and find the sweet spot for your driving style. I would of recomended .028-.030 if all your going to do is track the car and spray every pass.
